Terms of Service

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by RenoPlumb, a plumbing, heating, and drainage company based in London.

By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us before proceeding.

We provide plumbing, heating, and drainage services including:

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. We will provide our registration number upon request.

• We aim to attend within the agreed time window, though delays may occur due to prior jobs.
• For emergency callouts, we aim to respond within 60 minutes where possible.
• We will contact you if there are any significant delays.
• You must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• Someone over the age of 18 should be present at the property during work.

• All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• Prices will be agreed before work begins. Additional work requires your approval.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
• For larger projects, staged payments may be arranged.

• You may cancel a booking at any time before the engineer arrives at no charge.
• If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.
• For pre-ordered parts or materials, you may be asked to cover those costs if cancellation occurs after ordering.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.

• We carry public liability insurance for all work carried out.
• We will make good any damage caused directly by our work.
• We are not liable for pre-existing issues discovered during work (e.g., corroded pipes behind walls).
• Warranty on our workmanship is provided as agreed at the time of service.
• Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and subject to their terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
